How much is the shipping fee?
For all country, shipping discount would be fix $3,5. Free shipping on orders over $100 and up. My order was delivered, but I was not at home.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery process varies according to the address and shipping company. All your orders are delivered by express shipping. You can track your order with the shipping code provided.
Can I change my delivery address?
When you check your order on your account page, if the order status is "Preparing", you can change address by calling our customer relations. If the order has been shipped, you can't chage the delivery address.
When will you deliver my order?
Our customer representatives shall prepare and ship the products to deliver them as soon as possible and without any problems. After we receive your order request, you shall get your order within an average of 1-4 days. My order is shipped.
How can I track it?
After your order request reaches our system without any problems, an e-mail specifying the details of your order shall be sent to your e-mail address you specified when registering into our system. You may follow your orders placed at our website at “my orders” section of “my account” page after logging in.
What can I do?
If you are not at the shipping address when your order is delivered, it will be delivered to the nearest branch, and you will be informed. You should pick up your order from the branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to our company, giycem.com
Will my orders purchased on different dates be delivered with the same shipping?
Each order will be considered as a separate dispatch. There is no guarantee that orders purchased on different dates will be shipped at the same time. If you choose the Cash on Delivery payment method, your two orders may be delivered at the same time if your previous order has not been invoiced yet.
