If your purchased item has not satisfied you, you can send it back for free at the domestic returns. For international returns, the shipping fee is covered by the customer. Your refund will be processed once we receive your package and perform necessary controls.


You can return your unworn online purchases (underwear, personal care, swimwear and evening dress categories are excluded) in sellable condition without removing their price tags within 7 days from purchase date. 

Send your return package with your local postal services as the fee is covered by you.
